How did LiveTweetApp do for the past year

We’ve had one very exciting year at LiveTweetApp. We've grown from point zero to helping about 3,868 events to improve their social communication.

We're very proud of those numbers and willing to share them with you, without any restraint, especially after our summary article about the pitfalls we had to overcome. Here is an insight in all our numbers from February 2013 to February 2014.

Over one year, we've displayed and moderated tweets from all over the world. Here is an overview of all our worldwide users location.

145,299 moderated tweets

That's a wow number, combining 67,659 accepted and 74,526 rejected tweets. This goes in favor of our moderation feature, proving you need it for your event, since you've been rejecting more tweets (51% by 49%) than accepting them.

2 and a half year

You would have spent about 21,230 hours, sitting all over the world, watching awesome speakers and performers, by attending all our paying customers events.

849 email conversations started.

It's been 4 weeks now that we have welcomed Germain as our Community & User Manager to help me replying to all your queries, questions and making sure your event goes smoothly. It's always a great pleasure to answer you, either via email, Twitter or Facebook.Here are some analytics about our interactions with you:36% of your emails were replied within one hour and the next 10% were replied within 3 hours. That's great even though the average respond time for the complete last year stays high with 16 hours and 29 minutes. I admit it, that's a work in progress. It gets better gently since Germain joined us, our full respond time fell at 9 hours 11 minutes.
